In case anyone's curious, this is actually the cover page for a 12-page comic that can be read from the source link. It's in Japanese of course and the quality is pretty rough, but even without the translations it's fairly easy to follow the story.
Also despite this cover Rider is the one that ends up flustered by the end. I kinda want to see more Rider x Saber now.

Rider x Saber has been a staple ever since Hollow Ataraxia came out in 2005 lol
Not a fan of the pairing honestly, but hey, Ataraxia Rider is actually not boring.
