^I don't think we'll see any official ships ever. Himawari x Sakurako is as close as we get.
But this is maybe my favourite ship in the series, along with Ayano x Kyoko!

Unless I'm completely mistaken, Akari returned the favor at one point. Dhe just might be into the whole "surprise sex you didn't know you wanted" thing.

No, we suffer because of her endless teasing. It'd be nice if they were to go somewhere eventually. But there is progress, in Dead Fish Eyes chapter Chinatsu has grown more noticeably sweet to Akari. I argue they're relationship is leaning more to consensual now.
