The artist needs a cookie, s/he did a very good job. (But I'm sure that Finé is bigger than Izetta, or maybe it's because of this position.)

Finé is definitely taller than Izetta so i think the author's trying to clue us into what's happening in the bottom half but, Izetta is Definitely bigger(if you catch ma drift). Still though so disappointed with the show I mean not a single kiss the even in the perfect scene on top of the mountain.

And this has she an exotic feel to me, with the wine and Izetta expression

Yes. This pairing deserves all the love since for the entire anime I was scared that we'll lose one of them to the war.
