At some point, they also issued prize figures of the two in wedding dresses. Tsukasa and Miyuki had figures issued as well, but they didn't go together that way. I'm not sure when they relented behind the scenes and decided to play to the fandom this way, but, as of volume 8, the manga didn't have them in a relationship.

Official and canon are two different things, remember. Just because it's official art doesn't mean they're married or even in a relationship in the stories, just that it's put out by the company and author as official promotion/merchandising.
