^^ I think rather her head is too small - which makes it look like that. Well.. also her hat and dress are too bulky too.
And while I'm at it might as well mention the foot position is wrong.
I still like the image though - good choice of subject matter :)

On the issue of Marisa hat, does anyone remember / know which touhou doujin has Marisa taking her hat off to go into a bath, and that white under bit stays on because it's a shower hat lol? I can't remember where I saw it.
