It just started and there's already ships for them?! They must've inherited the Love Live relationahip talent, though I have to say, I'm very intrigued to know who's the main ships for this anime!! I loved the first episode. Riko has to be my fav, but I think I prefer her with You. Though Yoshiko is awesome with her chuunibyou syndrome or however you call it. Her voices are so trippy. Switching from mature woman to cute school girl.

They're also in the sub unit Guilty kiss together and people call that the new Bibi cuz like Third wheel blondie. e.e so i mean they're kinda like Nicomaki.... >.>

I've seen all 4 episodes and still don't get this ship... or Yohane's popularity. Yohane/Hanamaru are at least childhood friends so I can see where that came form but this...
Then again I did not understand Nico's popularity either. Seems like tsundere with double personalities are extremely popular for no real reason.

This ship is meant to be the Sunshine!! version of NicoMaki, honestly. And I believe NicoMaki came about before the anime even aired - actually, think way back to when the Mogyutto "love" de Sekkin Chuu! PV first came out (which is when I started to ship them as well), so it wasn't based off of the few interactions they had in the anime. I think the creators caught onto that and added a bit more fuel for the ship in the second season though. If I remember correctly, the old PVs were also how the EriUmi pairing came to be as well.
Nico's popularity... I don't understand it very well myself. I suppose it's because of how eccentric her character is (stalking, tsundere, trying to act more superior than she actually is, but she is also quite dedicated, kind and caring underneath).
