I wonder where exactly this pairing came from. I know people like the connection the two have in that Kogasa wants to be scary while Sekibanki has a scary ability, but did they ever interact in canon? Ah well, I shouldn't try to analyze shipping too much. Plus this is still really cute, and that's what is most important.
