^^^ I dunno, perhaps Gender Bender might suit this one better, since from an outsider perspective, ee can clearly tell that at least one of their gender is not what's in the show.
Seriously, I am an outsider, so I think for the sake of tagging, it may be more suitable. But still, we already hace characters automatically connected to the transgender tag without any context, so if canon says so that this character is specifically transgender female, then the transgender tag would be completely appropriate. I don't think a character coming out would be that much of a spoiler anyway.
