Unlike Homura, Madoka's not so much the kind of person to deny and loathe her desires for being sinful. So even if going TOO far might wake up the goddess, it makes sense for a Madoka who's allowed her feelings to overwhelm the universe to engage in some devilish temptation. Or teasing, if that's what you want to call it~
