Is it just me or does it look like they took an actual picture of a tree, applied filters, and put it on the top layer? It gives an odd effect. Though not a bad one.

@Nonna_SoF Could also be a leaf brush then painted over, maybe. I see that type of stuff from Chinese artists sometimes, they have a variety of different brushes just to save on time which is pretty neat
