We know each other via a small Love Live chat! She actually told me I had to upload it earlier, so...yeah :P Does that answer your question? Also not to be totally creepy, but I actually wanted to comment earlier that I think you're of my favorite posters! So none of that "very stupid person" nonsense, please~

That explains the huge amount of LL stuff. Though I still don't know how pictures actually get uploaded. Are there specific people who can upload or can anyone do it?

Currently, only uploaders can upload images, anyone else interested can submit an upload request.
