^ I asked a friend and she called the style "modified sheer mermaid", and they're clearly a pair with the rest of the suit. So, after looking up what that meant, they are not not bell-bottoms, but there's no concise name for this very specific and unusual variant. I propose "bridal bell-bottoms".
