^ Can't dragons change their forms? Kanna would probably change her form along with Saikawa (I think? It's been a while since I've seen dragon maid) and by the time Saikawa is an adult, Kanna would look like an adult too

^^ Honestly, if Kanna matures mentally by being the kid of Kobayashi and playing with children and growing up with them, then by the time Saikawa grows up, Kanna’s “ideal” image of herself would be grown-up as well, and it could create a facade of her growing up with her and not blowing the “dragon” cover. (Not that Saikawa wouldn’t be delighted to know that, of course!)
Edit: Suddenly remembered, really hoped the new Dragon Maid movie would bring more Yuri art of them here but it’s just been so darn slow.
