I'm going to be honest, I can't make out the object of the last sentence (쾬텟올? Is that even a word?) but it basically means "I likey your picture much, can you show me ________ if you don't mind?"
EDIT: According to the unsoliticed hallucination in my search engine, our mystery word might be a non-standard transliteration of the english word "cartoon" which ... would fit but seems like a stretch to me.

^ It seems that, based on your translation, the text in the corner might be commission is request.

Through the miraculous power of not being an idiot and actually looking at the word (in my defense, it was 5 in the morning), I discovered it's 퀸텟 (k'wint'et), not 쾬텟 (k'oent'et), which unsuprisingly means "Quintet".
So it basically means "I liked your picture, could you please draw/show the quintet?"

Ah. I can explain this, actually. "Queentet" is the in-universe name for Mai's clique. It's an obvious pun on "Quintet" that refers to their status at the top of the school's social ladder.
