I find it surprising how uncommon this is. You'd think a pair of popular characters with close canon connections would have some higher amount of pairing, but nope.

I think for me I just have a hard time seeing Suika in a romantic relationship with anyone, and all the interactions I've seen people do with these two have been of the "non-incestuous sister/buds" sort which seems to really work.

Totally agree, Suika doesn't give me the impression of potentially being romantically attracted to Yuugi, or anyone for that matter.

I just find it amusing that theres more pairings for Shanghai than one of the major characters in the series. Shanghai.
