I know what the filter is for but I think it actually looks pretty cool. Makes it look like a holographic card.

iirc its to mess with anyone trying to use it to feed it into ai! since ai is trained by recognising patterns especially when it comes to stinky ai bros using it to generate images that replicate human art, with this filter, it disrupts the ai by making it difficult to recognise patterns in the illustration. ^
