^It released in English on mobile and Steam, and it's been a smash hit for all different kinds of people and streamers.
Plus part 1 of the Cinderella Gray anime aired April-June and was fantastic imo, with part 2 releasing in October.
There was also promotion at AX for the franchise, including a screening of the highly loved movie. So lots of hype around the horses.

^^ Probably the biggest contributor to the game expanding it's reach from it's intended audience is Northernlion who was "convinced" to play it after losing a bet with his chat, fell in love with it unironically, and broke several streaming records the day it happened.
It then opened the gates for a bunch of 30-something anime hating adult men to stream it "to see what the fuss is about" or "for the lols" only to realize they just became horse racing addicts.
The I hate anime to Dancing along to the idol show after the race pipeline is real.

^There is old lesbian art, but some of my favorite artists of the past are nature focused. Though the funny thing is you could put them into a series like Fate and have them draw Yuri. So I'll say it's technically not an impossibility lol
We do have Hokusai's daughter in Fate, Oei.
