I still love the fact that, at the end of Beast-Yeast Episode 10, Hollyberry Cookie literally did a Kabedon to try and protect Eternal Sugar Cookie, and she absolutely enjoyed the act, even if it was on accident.

^ I know it's a chapter from the game, but which cookies actually require yeast? "Cookies" in the game also include some non-biscuit pastry, but even there I fail to find anything yeast-related.

So after reading up on Cookie Run lore, Beast-Yeast is a continent on the world of Earthbread, so that's fine, I guess? Yet none but Kouign-Amann Cookie actually requires yeast.
However, I completely forgot about arab cuisine, which has a variety of yeast-based biscuitry, most notably Kleicha, Kaak bi Halib, Ma'amoul and Makrouta. Damn this gay pastry making me hungry.
