Ever since I was a kid, I’ve been afraid of trying out wasabi because of that scene in Cars 2

^^ Just mix a tiny bit in with soy sauce. Gradually increase the amount. That's all you're supposed to do anyway. Don't put a big gob of it in your mouth; nobody does that except dudes trying to look tough.

^Most comercial wasabi is horse radish anyway. Real wasabi is milder.

Real wasabi is really good, but quite expensive.
Wasabi tube sucks
