I think it's low-gyaru from Ayumu here similar to how Ai is an gyaru. You know, nothing "over the top", but more "trendy", more "girly" etc.
^Yeah Ayumu is the same kind of Gyaru here as Yuzu from Citrus is. The clothing tied around the waist seems to be a staple of this type.
