^Oh was she? It's been a minute but I remembered Blonney befriending Jessica when she was just a deer in the woods, and then scientists captured Jessica and experimented on her. I forget if the experiments gave her the changeling powers or they were forcefully activated by the scientists. Maybe my memory is totally wrong and she was created by scientists like you're saying though lol

No, what happened is that Zeno were breeding and experimenting on arcane critters. Jessica was born from one such experiment, a hybrid of a Changeling and an Irish deer-woman. Later Zeno abandoned the project and left, leaving the critters behind. That's when Jessica met Blonney.
