^I don't know about Japan but in Germany the legal age for drinking beer is 16 so I don't really see the problem with this :p

It's easy to get away with under age drinking in japan. Me and my friends buy beer at a convenient store and the store clerks help us out.

In most Asian countries, the age of legal drinking is 18. Well, excluding those countries banning the act for their people. I'm looking at you Malaysia.
