This didn't look like Stelle to me and after checking the in-game model I know why; it's her ears.
Stelle's hair always covers her ears. But I suppose the artist has her hair styled a bit "classier" to go with the dress I assume she's wearing.

@Western Housing I am talking about Stelle. Compare the artist's drawing of her hair here vs her in-game model. I'm assuming the artist is going for a classier look by having Stelle tuck her hair behind her ears. But it may just be an oversight by the artist.

@DrJamesFox oh mb it seemed like you were talking about Kafka haha but I think this artist in particular makes Stelle's bangs shorter in a way it's prominent to show the ears more which makes her look younger in a sense
Her actual model does show her ears but it's only the bottom half that peaks out that's why you get the sense that she can either be a cute character or cool character as the MC
