She has good reason to be upset; those two failed to contain their animalistic* desires while under her roof.
Side note: not sure I'm fond of this variant of the art style wherein the existence of a nose is implied by the presence of a single dot within the horizontal median of the face. The first couple panels at least had some small lighting differences to imply non-uniform facial topography, but the final panel had just those dots. Feel like either you should do without, or just give in and do a line at that point.
