It's like earlier with Jeht, just instead of change in dialogue, is change in expression. And I lean that this is intended animation change not "bug". I like Yuri stuff, but let's not go overboard, even if some people go negatively feral when you tell them Jeht is gay.

^"Allegedly" it was reported and accepted as a bug, with smart people claiming that Citlali's face was frozen in an expression hence why it looked different.
But that was why it was so fun to follow those discussions. People wrote essays to claim one or the other was true. Like most people, I wouldn't even notice so I don't care much for it. Citlali be cute no matter who you play.
