I generally dislike harem series to the point I'll avoid anything that even looks harem-ish
That said, I gave this one a chance despite hating people for even talking about it, and now it's part of the very small list of harem series I do like (also Hakari and Karane are very gay for each other, and from what I've seen there's other similar relationships inside the harem)

Also, yeah, those two are very gay/bi for each others. One of the more obvious proofs of that is in the kissing zombies chapter, where Rentarou first tricks them into kissing each other, causing them to go into a frenzied make out session with each other. Then, at the end of the chapter, Rentarou now has MORE difficulties physically seperating them apart and making them take the antidote because they are so focused on kissing each others.
Now I'm going to try to find and request a pic of Hahari x Mei, since it's another pairing that gets a lot of ship teases too.

I'm still very early in the manga (got to Eiai then got a bit too distracted to continue), but I finished S1 and I'm surprised there's no Yuri art involving Hakari's mother Hahari given she seems to like girls as well
Also you're forgetting when Hakari and Karane spent the night kissing after falling asleep, after the situation with Hahari is resolved
