Bunyan and Protea are both giants with adjustable sizes, in varied regard. There's some other servants with bigger forms as well.

To be clear, Kingprotea is capable of infinitely increasing in size specifically in the digital world she was born in, which is generally more permissive to things that bend the rules of the world or reach extraordinary power levels and scales. In the outside world, as a Servant, her ability to grow is limited, but she can still get very very big.
Her Noble Phantasm--Airavata, King Sized is a reality marble to a space where that limiter is released, and she can grow so big that just a finger squashing an enemy can create an explosion from the pressure.
