@Kojiro481 This seems to be a reference to X-Men vs Street Fighter or Marvel vs Capcom 2
Rogue has a special move "Power Drain" aka "Goodnight Sugar!" where she kisses the opponent.
It copies one special move (XvSF) \ gives her a buff (MvC2) depending on the opponent.
