@My_Goldfish_Held_Hostage, I think Coco was made largely to express Velma's interest in women, and Velma's interest in Coco was I think a big talking point of the creators of the movie. If I remember correctly anyhow. I just...wish the movie did more with the relationship of Coco and Velma. For how talked about Velma's interest in Coco was I unfortunately wasn't satisfied. Though at least fan-artists did heavy lifting with them. I hope we see Coco again one day, especially since Coco has a great design.
Also as for the Mystery Inc series there's interesting elements about it, but for me it was too depressing. As it's basically a H.P. Lovecraft story with Scooby Doo characters. I know a lot of people really enjoyed the series, and say more power to anyone that does. For myself I prefer when the IP is just some casual comfort food haha

@FluffyCow I wouldn't hold my breath. With how much people hated Velma, not due to it being Scooby-Doo, but to how OOC it was, there's unlikely to be much Velma rep anytime soon even if they did consider making another Scooby-Doo series, and it's highly likely Coco was definitely a one time character.

@Classy-Nessi Yeah, info about her and the name, From what I remember her family is poor and owns a either defunct or barely operating amusement park, and the water they use to cook hotdogs gets re-used to bathe with. So she always smells like hotdogs due to bathing with hotdog water, and so people started calling her that. It's not actually her real name. It's been a minute so I apologize if I'm misremembering any details, but yeah it's...fucked up...

^ Yeah, Scooby Doo Mystery Incorporated was definitely one of the darker versions of Scooby Doo, especially the second season. Lots of messed up things happen that kept younger me up at night. Death, monsters, an extradimensional evil god that was fated to be released causing a doomsday event, it was nuts.
Btw, Hot Dog Water's real name is Marcie Fleach.
