This feels like a bizarre shit-post, some kind of 4chan meme or something lol

^ Yeah, I was really confused trying to understand the similarities. But that’s one intense kiss, hair grabbing and everything.

For anyone not familiar with either character let me enlighten you:
They're basically the same character. Both are sentient dating sim characters that attempt to become real and escape their digital prisons by kidnapping/murdering their players. Both were defeated by destroying the games they were contained in. Both the Gravity Falls episode and the original DDLC were released on the same day, September 22, however, 3 years apart (2014 for the GF episode, 2017 for the game.) It is unclear if that last fact was a coincidence or not.
This pairing borders dangerously close to selfcest
Edit: Apparently you can't spoiler tags...

^I'm familiar with the characters a bit but didn't make that connection funnily, so that does help and thanks. Though I'd say even with that in mind this art still feels like a weird shit-post haha

@Swag Wagon It was a bizarre coincidence, the same episode actually had a plot about singing pizza restaurant robots which was bizarrely similar to Five Nights at Freddy's, and those both came out the same year. It was very odd!

^ Both were probably referencing Chuck E. Cheese restaurants but putting horror twists on them.
