The way I look it at Vtuber ship art can be romantic, and the interactions of the Vtuber characters can be as well, so the ships are easy to enjoy imo, especially as they have fun with it. I don't expect the people behind the Vtubers to have IRL relationships, and I don't take it very seriously. Vtubers to me are a bit like digital theater, or even a sitcom TV show, the characters might have funny, amusing, spicy, and so fourth relationships but I don't expect the actors to irl.

This was during the concert, in an MC segment. Rissa had her back to the crowd and Shiori did a quick little tiptoes smooch and played it off as "got yer nose!"
And according to Rissa afterwards, it wasn't entirely planned.
