They are in fact the same height yup. Fan artists love moving the heights around though. For example, despite being the same height: Jean is often depicted as being taller than Lisa, Clorinde is sometimes depicted as taller than Navia

genshin characters don't have canonical heights iirc
they do have ingame models but considering that there's exactly 5 of them (literally 5) i wouldn't give too much weight to their accuracy. let fanartists add plus-minus a couple cm
