@Omega Deuse Because her bond with LadyDevimon is making her Digivolve to Holydramon.

^^ Because the artist like taurs and as the above mentioned, the design comes from her Digivolution. The artist has several others like this, including a taurified LadyDevimon, but the best parallel is Sakuyamon with the lower half of Kyuubimon.
