^They're tertiary characters in the main game apparently. Miki (The dark skinned girl) does have a route in text form, that wasn't added to the game, you play as her and choose between Hisao and Suzu (Who is depicted as a lesbian in the route)

^I had to look it up. On Vndb Miki is listed as a side character and Suzu as "Makes as appearance" https://vndb.org/v945/chars#chars
