I really like how the author has thought out the anatomy here. Like, the placement of the gills makes a lot of sense. Haven't see this before, usually people just place them on the throat or some shit...

^Off the top of my head I've only seen the side gills with Hololive's Gura before. Where if I remember correctly she talked about that in the past at least, so some fan-artists have drawn her with them. Though I think it's not a commonly included element in fan-art of her
