Double checked. Turns out I was thinking of a moment from the manga where they interlock hands like that in the bath soon after Falin's resurrection. That was actually cut from the Anime version, sadly

I find strange that in the manga the ending after they save Falin and she becomes a human with some part of dragon the manga only concentrates in Falin's brother becoming the king of the new old kingdom.
They don't explore what happened to the other characters. There's a bath scene where Falin shows almost love for Marcille. But that's all I have read from the manga.
Does someone have read the light novel to know if the author explore this relationship?

The manga is only up to the part where the winged lion is defeated so Falin still needs to be resurrected again for any relationship progression to happen
As far as I can tell, there isn't a light novel. This story began in manga format

Yeah there's no light novel, it's an entirely complete manga. Also the ending does give a bit of general context as to where the party goes from there. As for romance it's something that the story doesn't focus on. It's a great manga from start to end in my opinion, and if you've only read the very end and the bath scene out of context, I'd say to give the whole manga a read.

I've been reading on Bookwalker and they're only on volume 13. Didn't realize the last one was already out. I'll need to look around for it

^Oh yeah sorry I should have clarified, the manga has been complete in Japan for awhile now, and the fan translation has been out for the last chapter on fan websites such as Mangadex for about half a year. The official translation is a good bit behind unfortunately, but that's generally how it goes I think.
