^Honestly, not really. The friendship between Falin and Marcille is definitely sus, with them bathing together and sleeping in the same bed, but it never "goes anywhere" (other than driving the plot) so you're going to be disappointed if you expect them to ever actually hook up.
But you should still give the series a chance, as it's the best fantasy manga I've read in over a decade.
Also there's one bonus strip about a minor character having bisexual panic, and there's a chapter about dryads kissing (but they're actually plant people and it gets complicated)

There is also the lesbian elf that has a thing for halflings, though she is a minor character and the fact that she's lesbian only comes up in side material. That being said though Dungeon Meshi has very little romance yuri or otherwise. The few there is is one sided and doesn't go anywhere since romance isn't the focus of the story. If you don't mind that then it's a very good series.
