If you check the source this is actually from this artist's r1999 characters with FF14 races drawings
so same universe essentially

It is indeed both. Those are very distinctive Au Ra features, as well as FFXIV outfits from in game. The hairstyles are recognizably Schneider and Vertin though. It should have both tags.
