The most I could ever imagine for Nodoka and Yui is what happened in Yui and Peace.

Is was one of the later chapters(manga only) before they graduate, Yui joins the cuddling later but Ui was the main one that chapter. The second time was when Yui visits her family and meets Nodoka there...I know the k-on manga by heart, I don't know why they cut so much content in the anime.
