I like the natural look of the scene. Like, it looks like she's trying to talk to her and is leaning into her ear because it's so loud in the club. And the blond looks like kind of enjoying herself, but the place also makes her maybe a bit nervous so she's kind of holding tight.
Natural look or not, there's also some calculation of effect going. I like the look of how the blond is grabbing right in the middle of the t-shirt's pattern.
All in all, this artist is not just talented, but skilled, knows her craft. I'd bet there's some art school background.
