Two ways i can think of this: 1) She's leaving on a trip a giving a goodbye kiss, or shes coming home from a trip and giving that 'i'm home, i missed you so much' kiss.

^ OR... she came back after a long time away, and the black-haired girl has tears of joy. But the whole atmosphere is quite a gloomy one, she definitely is going away.
