^Based on what I understand of Honkai lore and the artist's comments, this is based on Bronya and Silver Wolf being (kind-of) alternate versions of each other - except Bronya has a girlfriend while Silver Wolf doesn't.

^yeah there both versions bronya where bronya looks like an older bronya from HI3 and sliver wolf looks like bronya's haxxor bunny skin but this is about both being a version of bronya but only one has a seele but they could make a HSR Veliona for sliver wolf
