Damn I just realized Serval is too at least in her thirties, maybe even forties since Cocolia and her were roommates and Cocolia raised Bronya for years till adulthood.

Bronya was adopted. They could conceivably be in their late 20s. Probably 30s, though

Yeah, she was adopted when she was very young, young enough to forgot she was in orphanage. Probably before underground was closed. And I doubt Cocolia was underage before she took Bronya.
In Honkai Cocolia was in her 40s (she had some rank in the army, so she was at least in her late 20s during 2nd Eruption, game take place 15 years later) so she probably isn't far off here.
