I found the speed of their relationship jarring until I looked online and discovered that these characters were originally a ship from Honkai Impact lol

^^ their Honkai Gakuen and Honkai Impact counterparts also fell in love fast. I remember being absolutely perplexed when reading Azure Waters at how attached Bronya was to Seele to the point that she pulled a “Taken” arc to rescue her when she was kidnapped by creeps which happened around 1-2 months after meeting.
