I think they mean when their eyes are "obscured". But that's more "hentai protagonist face". Which a lot of hentai is NTR so partially check's out?

Yeah, of the three girls from Rina's class, Kyoko is the one who's Ayumu's particular fan; in Rina's episode, she fangirls at Ayumu briefly at the arcade, and then she's the one who's setting up Ayumu's stage for the School Idol Festival with Yu. It's nice seeing the side characters get some attention.
