So to give context:
It was seika's birthday but bocchi forgot to bought her any presents and the only in her pocket was just an eye drop
Instead of attempting to sing a birthday song for her (which happened in the manga), she became a dog and "desperately attempting to show obedience"
And being a poor bassists they are, Kikuri and Ryo did the same thing too (ill link their PayPal account later if any of you interested to give them some of your money)
