@Star Light just speculation on my part but later in the series she insecure about her relationship with Miorine and is shown to be quite upset about that so maybe she was crying because of that. also in the pic, her nervous hands show that the kiss caught her off guard, so most likely, suletta was blabbering on and miorine just grabbed her face and kissed her in an effort to shut her up and console her lol
