You can click the tag itself and see exactly what the definition of its use is for THIS website. We have "ecchi" for things which are "sexual, but not naked."
Tags are only as useful as their consistently correct application.

I too could not think of a possible reason why people "misuse" a tag with a fairly well established connotation when this place added arbitrary criteria that differ from 99.9% of all common uses.
