Also what happened to the show? Did it conclude? I know there was a mediocre anime reboot(?), but I haven't heard about the main series for quite a while now.

^The show is still ongoing with volume 9 starting early next year. They've worked on it for a while and a couple of movies (DC crossovers) and with the pandemic going on. The anime, made by studio Shaft, isn't a reboot or mediocre; it's a "canon adjacent" setting taking place around Volume 1-2 with a different plot.

@ShortHairedCrow Just heard from a few people that it's not the best thing Shaft made. And MAL score isn't that much better. But I'm glad they're still doing it, with everything going on in the world. Especially if they managed to have movie crossovers with DC.
