Now that I think about it, if Chisato's evasion skill works by her observation of the gun's barrel to predict the normal trajectory of the bullets, then the horrible aerodynamics of the paint bullets will negate that if fired from out of point-blank range, and thus those bullets would have higher probability of hitting Chisato than normal bullets.

^wouldn't that also give Chisato more reaction time to move out of the way further out of the predicted trajectory? I mean, I know we're talking about 0. second delay, but considering Chisato...
